Push Press (54# KB) 15, 10, 5, 20
Bench Press @ 150# 5, 20, 15, 10
Knees To Elbows 10, 5, 20, 15
Dips 20, 5, 10, 15

This is a modified & expanded version of Gym Jones’ “Tears & Power,” and did, coupled with some other badness of a non-workout variety, make me have to stop and puke during the last set of push presses.
