Session 1 (Lunchtime)
2×20 2 hand KB swings (54#)
2×5 Pull-ups
Leg/core stretching (5 min)

Session 2 (After work)
Elliptical, 60 minutes, “Interval” program (2min high resistance, 2min low) – High @ 9-10 mets, Low at 7-8 mets, 4 minute closing “kick” at 13-15 mets

Going to be incorporating more of these endurance cardio sessions to get ready for the Gasparilla Distance Classic 15k at the end of February.

9x Bench Press (160#)
2x KB Clean & Press (1x clean, 3x press) (54#)
