[WotD] Tueday, January 20


Lunch:
35 minutes on the elliptical (it was the most privacy I was going to get to watch the inauguration)

After Hours:
15 minutes on elliptical (warmup)

“Spartan 100” – a scaled-down version of the “300” workout Gym Jones whipped up for the actors, as hacked by a coworker just getting back into the fitness routine.

5 Pullups
20 Deadlift @ 140#
20 Pushups
20 18″ bench jumps
20 Clean & Press (each arm) 36# KB
20 Knees to Elbows
5 Pullups (w/ 54# KB on weight belt; that was just for me, he did them straight)

15 minutes on the elliptical (cooldown)
