[WotD] Wednesday, January 21


Lunch:
– 3×10 Clean @ 70#
– 2×10 1H standing cable twist/row @ 50#
– 2×5 Clean & Press (36# KB)
– 2×5 Pull-ups
– Some other stuff I’m forgetting, none of it particularly arduous

After Work:
– 10 min elliptical (warm-up)
– 3×5 Chin-ups, narrow grip, max elevation (down to just above my navel)
– 45 min elliptical, hill-climbing program (maintained 8-9 Mets, closing kick at 10-11)
