Three exercises, 25 reps total, done for time without any specific set/rep breakdown, of a resistance that’s doable for about five reps per set when fresh. I will probably have to either hack together something to make the DL heavier due to equipment limitations, or move to a different machine (there’s a leg press machine that goes up to a purported 400#, but I haven’t been able to test that for veracity; also, it gives me gym hickeys, which very nearly caused the Substantially Better Half to ask pointed questions after my leg press session last week *laugh*).
Pull-Ups w/ 36# KB – 8, 5, 2, 3, 3, 2, 2 (5:55)
Dips – 10, 8, 7 (3:00)
Snatch-grip Deadlift @ 160# – 10, 10, 5 (3:00)
Total time: 11:55
 Small semi-circular bruises/blood blisters on the top of my trapezius that look for all the world like I’ve been bitten by a particularly ardent companion.
