Now, with even less energy and motivation (it was just One Of Those Days)

Lunch:
– 3×6 Pull-ups
– 3×6 Dips
– 25x Pushups
– 2×10 Decline bench reverse crunches
– 2×10 Knees to Elbows

After Hours:
– 25x Weighted Pull-Ups (36# KB)
– 2×15 Dumbbell Shrugs (2×65#)
– 2×10 Weighted Step-Ups (8″ step) (2×65#)
– 1×10 Leg Press (300#)
– 1×15 Calf Raises (300#)
– 40 minutes elliptical (8-9 mets, variable resistance)
