– 25 Weighted Pull-ups (54# KB): 5, 4, 3, 2, 2, 2, 3, 4
– 5 Weighted Dips (54# KB)
– 3×10 Chinups
– 1×10 Deadlift @ 160#
– 3×5 Deadlift @ 235#
– 3×10 Leg Press (300#, 340#, 400#)
– 3×6 Parallel-grip Pullups
– 3×6 Dips
– 3×10 Shrugs (2×65# DB)
– 2×10 Voyer Shrugs (2×75#, cable)
– 1×10 Front Squat (2×36# KB)
– 1×10 Standing Military Press (2×36# KB)
– 2×10 Leg Curls (140#)
– 2×10 Lawnmower Pulls (54# KB)
– 2×1 Bulgarian Split Squat (2×65# DB)

So, yeah, this is what middling motivation and the endless energy BioTest’s Surge workout fuel combine to produce. Again, my deadlifts were grip-limited; to try and combat that, I’m doing some fingertip pull-ups and holds, and some research.
