[WotD] Monday, February 2


Lunch:
– 2×10 Shrugs (2×65#)
– 1×10 (each leg) 18″ Step-Up (2×36# KB)
– 3×10 Pullups
– 3×10 Dips
– 2×10 Chinups

After Hours:
– Precor EFX 456 Elliptical “fitness test” – unlike last week’s shenanigans, this model gives actual instructions, and returned a VO2max figure of 42.1, which seems a lot more likely based on my last 5k
– 60 minutes elliptical, varying incline, 170bpm, 7.5 mets (4 min kick at 10-11 mets)
– 2×15 Pullups
– 1×15 Alternating Military Press (36# KB, as one arm comes down, the other goes up)
