Lunchtime:

The upshot to using a different elliptical last night is that the difference in motion is just pronounced enough to result in HOLY CRAP levels of tightness in my hip flexors.

– Plank Hold, 90 sec
– Child Pose, 60 sec
– Crocodile, 60 sec
– Warrior I, 30 sec each side
– 3x Glute Bridge, 30 sec
– 10x 2-handed bicep curls, 65#
– 25x 2-handed bicep curls, 78#
– 2×10 tricep extension, 60#
– 1×10 Shrug, 2×65#
– 2×10 Pull-up
