[WotD] Tuesday, February 3 (Part II)

After Hours:
– 1/10 Pushup/Squat swap set, done for time[1] – 2:29
– 30 minutes elliptical (2min intervals, 7.5/9.5 mets)
– 2×10 Bent-over rows (90#, 110#)
– 1×10 Front Squats (90#)
– 2×10 Squat + Push Press (2×36# KB)
– 2×10 Pullups

[1] I was advocating this to a coworker who is just coming back after a couple months away from the gym, and suggested, “It should only take about five minutes or so,” to which they said, “Well, how fast can you do it?”
