[WotD] Wednesday, February 4

Lunch was… I know I did something very light. Some pullups, some knees-to-elbows, some pushups…

After Hours:
– 3×5 Weighted Pullups (54# KB)
– 2×10 Pullups
– 4×6 Deadlifts (235#)
– 18 min elliptical (interval, interrupted by work)
– 12 min elliptical
– 2×10 Pullups
– Bench stretches (hamstring/quad/glutes)

No energy due to an ass-tastic night’s sleep, and minimal motivation today. I’m chalking this one up as “better than not being there at all, but only marginally.”
