So, while it does feel good to get back into the swing of things, still taking it a little easy.

Lunchtime:
– 2×10 Pullups
– 1×10 Bench Press (130#)
– 1×5 Bench Press (150#)
– 2×10 Deadlifts (160#)
– 1×1 Bent-Over Row (160#)
– 1×5 Bent-Over Row (120#)
– 1×5 Weighted Pullups (54#)
– 2×5 Deadlifts (215# – 160# bar + 54# KB on weight belt)
– 2×5 KB Press (54#)
