– 10x Pullups
– 2×10 Deadlift (160#)

After Hours:
– 2×5 Bench Press (160#, 150#)
– 2×5 Weighted Pullups (54#)
– 2×10 Deadlift (215#)
– 30 min elliptical (4 minute intervals, 8/10 mets)
– 2×10 Goblet Squats (54# KB)
– 10 Pullups
– 2×5 KB Snatch (36#)
