After Hours:
– 10x Chinup
– 10x Deadlift (160#)
– 40 minutes elliptical (2 min intervals, 8/10 mets – kept the pace around 170 strides/min, pulse 142-155)
– 2×15 Pike Pushups
– 1×10 Cable Tricep extensions (55#)
– 2×10 EZ Bar Curls (55#, 60#)
– 2×5 EZ Bar Curls (80#, with slow negatives to encourage hypertrophy)
– 2×10 Bench Dips
– 2×10 Standing Military Press (2x 36# KB)
