[WotD] Tuesday, February 24


Straight from yesterday’s Gym Jones playbook. I did all three proscribed sets, two different coworkers joined me for two sets apiece.

KB Complex I (3 Rounds, 54# KB):
– 10x One Arm Swing (each arm)
– 10x RTW (each way)
– 10x Figure 8 (each way)
– 10x Goblet Squat
– 10x Push Squat

Then:
– Push Press (30 sec work / 30 sec rest); 3 rounds, 2×36# KB: 15, 8, 8

  1. Doesn’t sound too bad to me. I’ll have to try it on a non-EDT day (which happens to be tomorrow). Remind me to send you my results. (Haven’t been posting much, since posting via iPhone is a bitch.)
