Today, due to a conflation of flagging motivation and early-morning rushing around, I did what one coworker colloquially terms a “GQ Workout” – a compression-style workout shirt, and jeans. I am a stylin’ mofo.

Throughout the day:
– 4×25 “Perfect Pushups”
– 3×10 Pullups

After Hours:
– 3×20 Pullups
– 3×12 Standing Cable Row Variations (60#)
– 2x 2min Plank Hold
– 5×5 Deadlifts (190#, 215#, 235#, 290#, 290#)
