[WotD] Wednesday, March 5 (Part II)


After Hours, a pared-down CrossFit regimen (“60% of Barbara”), swiped from a friend. Followed by an hour or so of 2-on-2 and 4-on-4 basketball.

Three rounds, each for time:
– 20 Pull-ups
– 30 Push-ups
– 40 Sit-ups
– 50 Squats

Three minutes’ rest between each round.

R1: 5:00
R2: 3:48
R3: 4:03
