[WotD] Wednesday, Marh 4 (Part I)


Velocity Diet Workout #5 – Total Reps per move = 20 – Load = “Heavy” (4-5 RM) – 25sec rest between sets

– Front Squat – 2×65 DB# – 10/5/5
– Chin-Up (Underhand grip) – 54# KB – 5/4/4/4/3
– Dumbbell Bench Press – 75# (cable machine) – 5/5/3/3/1/2/1 (this might have been a tad ambitious)
– Hand Walkout – 10/10 (no ab wheel to do rollouts with)

Total time: 19:20 (not sure that’s germane, but why the hell not track it?)

Followed up with the omnipresent protein shake. My idiocy knows no bounds, as I could have skipped the workout and gone for sushi instead. I guess my bank account (and waistline) will thank me… but, man… sushi.
