Total Reps per move = 40
Load = “Intermediate” (8-9 RM)
40sec rest between sets

– Deadlift – 290# (235# on bar, 54# KB on belt) – 10/10/10/5/5
– Decline Dumbbell Bench Press (neutral grip) – 2×65# – 13/5/5/5/5/7
– Pull-Up – 36# KB in belt – 6/4/5/5/3/3 (weight removed) 7/5/7
– Hand Walk-Out – 10 from knees, 10 from feet/pike

Followed that up with an hour and change of 3-on-3 basketball.
