[WotD] Monday, March 23 (Part I)


Ah, the first day back after what was essentially a week off, exacerbated by jet-lag and a minor case of food poisoning.

Lunchtime:
A stripped-down variant of Gym Jones’ 3/19 session

DB Complex:
– 9x DL
– 9x Bent-over Row (back parallel to floor, put thumbs in armpits)
– 9x Clean Hi-Pull
– 9x Front Squat
– 9x Push Press
– 6x (6 each side) One-arm Snatch + One-arm OHS

69 total reps per Complex; 1 set @ 25#, 1 set @ 40#

Then:
– 90 sec Plank / 30 sec rest (2 sets)
