Lunchtime:
Velocity Diet Workout #13
Total Reps per move = 20
Load = “Heavy” (4-5 RM)
15 sec rest between sets (Oh, hello, suck)

Warmed up with 5x Behind-the-Head (BTH) Pull-Ups – like these – as proof-of concept.

– Front Squat – 2×65# Dumbbell – 10/5/5
– Decline Dumbbell Bench Press – 2×65# DB – 10/10/7/6/7
– Pull-Up – 36# KB on belt – 6/4/5/5/5/3/3/4/3/2
– Hand Walkout (from toes – sub for Ab Wheel) – 10/10

Total time: 17:12
Calories: 192

So, yeah, the Jason Statham video. That’s what I’m shooting for, ultimately.
