I hate my goddamned hands and wrists. They’re the weak link in the chain (with my shoulder mobility coming in a close second).

– Deadlift +300#? Can’t hold the fucking bar.
– Weighted lunges or bench steps for more than twenty reps? Hands give up.
– Overhead squats? *bitter laughter*

Been fucking around with one of those grippers that a colleague brought to work, rated at 200#. I can’t close it with either hand, but I do two sets of ten reps with each hand, each way, in hopes of making any kind of progress.

The shoulder mobility thing is just going to be a pain in the ass, and my OHS squat form is laughable at best. Seriously, doing a 1H OHS, it looks like the ass end of a particularly fugly Turkish Get-Up.
