[WotD] Wednesday, April 1 (Part II)


After Hours:

– 15 Pullups
– Kettlebell Halo – 8x each way – 54#
– Kettlebell Snatch – 10x each arm – 54#
– Kettlebell Clean & Press – 10x each arm – 54#
– Bent-Over Row – 10x each arm – 54# Kettlebell
– Bulgarian Split Squat – 3x each leg (technique demonstration for coworkers) – 18″ bench @ bodyweight (165#)
– Bicep 7’s – one set of 10 reps (forgot to stop at 7) @ 43#, one set of 7 @ 58#
– 1 hour of Basketball (2-on-2, 5 man FFA)

So, yeah, a relatively light weight session in the aftermath of kicking my ass at lunchtime.

  1. There was also a game of 3 on 3 ball too. Good day in the office.

    • There were also some other miscellaneous lifts I forgot to add, too, but I’m not gonna split hairs.
