[WotD] Monday, April 6 (Part II)


After Hours:

– 36# 2-Hand Kettlebell Swings – Max in 3 minutes – 102 reps (snurched from a friend who does CrossFit)
– Seated Military Press/80 degree Inclined Bench Press – 2x 50# Dumbbell – 3×10
– Pistols – 15# Dumbbell – 5x each leg (to 8″ step; my form sucked and my left knee wanted nothing to do with these shenanigans)
– Weighted Pull-Ups – 54# Kettlebell – 2×5
– Pull-Ups – 2×5 (slow)
– Lawnmower – 54# Kettlebell – 1×10 (each arm)
– Delt Triad – 2×15# – 3×10
– Bicep 10’s – 68# EZ-Bar – 2 sets

So, yeah, kind of all over the place with this one.
