– Deadlift – 285# – 10/6
– Calf Raises – 300# (squat rack) – 50 reps
– Machine Squat/Leg Press – 400# – 3×10
– Chin-Ups – 10x (pull down to solar plexus)
– Bench Dips – 3×10, 1×20
