Thursday’s Late Workout


So, yeah. Apparently, my whiny, bitchy, utter lack of focus last night was due to pure stupid exhaustion. I came home and then proceeded to sleep for about eleven straight hours, interrupted only by a work issue and a bowl of soup.

In any case, what was done was a mish-mash of shoulder and core work.

– Straight-Legged Deadlifts – 160# – 3×10
– Bent-Over Rows – 2×65# Dumbbells – 3×6
– Rear Shrugs – 110# (1×10) / 160# (2×10)
– Cable-Resisted Upright Crunch – 50# (1×15) / 75# (2×10)
– Knees-to-Elbows (KTE) – 1×10 on square bar, 2×10 (parallel grip)
– Reverse Crunches (inclined bench) – 1×30, 1×50
– Kettlebell Clean & Press – 54# – 5x each arm

There was probably some other stuff in there, too. Oh, yeah – a VO2Max test (42.3) on one of the elliptical machines.
