[WotD] Monday, April 13 (Part I)

Nothing in the tank edition, due to a late lunch and a questionable breakfast — I restocked my Bio-Test mixes last week, and they’ve apparently changed the formulation of Metabolic Drive somewhat, so it’s a lot thicker than it used to be.

Velocity Diet Workout #21
Total Reps per move = 45
Load = “Intermediate” (8-9 RM)
45 sec rest between sets

– Romanian Deadlift – 285# – 9/9/7/7/6/6/1
– Dips – 36# Kettlebell – 7/7/7/6/6/5/7
– Pull-Ups – 36# Kettlebell – 9/6 – No Weight – 10/6/7/7 (why, yes, it was completely obvious where I hit the wall, why do you ask?)
– Knees to Elbows – 15/15/15

Finished today without enough energy to even make a good effort at throwing up, so I didn’t.
