Velocity Diet Workout #22
Total Reps per move = 55
Load = “Light” (14-16 RM)
45 sec rest between sets

– Upright Rows w/ External Rotation – 2×36# Kettlebell – 15/15/13/12
– Pushups – 45/20 – Still no good way to weigh myself down, so I just did extras
– Reverse Lunge – 2×20# Dumbbell – 15/15/15/10 (each leg)
– Wood Chop – 40# on Cable – 15/15/25 (not enough weight)

Off-plan:

– Narrow-grip Chin-Ups – 6/6/6/6
– Bicep 7’s – 1 @ 58#, 1 @ 68#

Fairly mundane workout, but going is half the battle some days.
