After Hours:

– Treadmill – 30 minutes @ 4mph – “Cross Country” program, various incline
– Pull-Ups – 65# DB – 6/4 (overhand/underhand)
– Pull-Ups – 54# KB – 6/4 (overhand/underhand)
– Pull-Ups – 36# KB – 10/8 (overhand/underhand)
– Delt Triad – 15# – 12x each move (lateral raise, front raise, military press)
– Pull-Ups – Unweighted – 10/10 (overhand/underhand)
– Pull-Ups – Slow Negative – 1sec up, 20sec down – 3×1
– Deathrace Pull-Ups (behind the head) – 1×5

Good finish to the week, and talking shop with my current and former managers made the treadmill time go by quickly.
