– Pull-Ups – 10/10/10/9/6 (side-to-side) / 8 (wide grip)
– Softball (catch, batting practice, fielding foolishness) – about an hour
– Chin-Ups – 10/10
In a bit of concordance, T-Nation had a write-up on Chin-Ups today. It was duly passed along to the guys at work who will be partaking in the monthly challenge in two weeks. I may be a competitive bastard, but everyone ought to be helped to do their best.
Of the various rock-simple things that give one a moderately accurate snapshot of physical fitness, it’s one of the more telling ones (vertical leap, standing broad jump, and pushups also seem to get a lot of traction when this conversation comes up).
