Lunchtime was late arriving, and this morning, due to being busy but still perky, was sustained by a scant handful of pills and a cup of white tea. As I said to my boss as he left for lunch, “I’m about to eat one of the cubicle walls just for the fiber to fill up on.”
Instead of taking up CTG on his generous offer of Sweet Tomatoes for lunch (I was running late), I decided that a protein shake after some lifting was the order of the day
– GVT Bench Press – 120# – 9×10, 160# 1×6 – Obviously, not enough weight, but I was trying a new move, where both the legs and arms are extended during the press.
– Rear Shrug – 160# – 2×15, 1×25
