[WotD] Friday, April 24 (Part II)


After Hours:

– Hip flexor / IT band / glute / hamstring / shoulder / back stretching – 15 minutes
– Treadmill – 30 minutes @ 3.8 MPH / 2% incline

Took it easy to wrap up the week, since my low back was feeling tight and sore for reasons unknown.

Might have slept funny. Stupid clown sheets….
