– Pull-Up – 2×10
– Bent-Over Row – 2×65# DB – 2×10
– Band-resisted (red band) shoulder stuff

– Reverse Flyes – 2×10
– Lateral Raises – 2×10
– Front Raises – 1×10
– Rotational Raises (laying on the floor, upper arm straight out to side, elbow bent 90 degrees, take hand from palm-down to palm up by rotating the shoulder) – 2×15

– Back Extensions – 200# (maybe; uncertain if machine is accurate) – 2×15
– Front Flyes – 2×25# DB – 2×10
– Pull-Up – 60 sec / Isometric negative – 2×1
