[WotD] Monday, April 27 (Part II)


After Hours:

– Deadlift – 285# – 2×10, 1×5
– Dumbbell Bench Press – 2×65# – 1×15 (PR), 1×12
– Hack Squat – 160# – 3×10
– Machine Leg Press – 300# – 1×10
– Calf Raises (both legs) – 300# – 1×50
– Overhead Press – 2×36# Kettlebells – “Horse Stance” – 2×12, alternating arms (ie: one rep for each arm, rather than all of one arm’s reps before doing the other; as the right descended, the left went up, and vice versa)
– Pullup – 45 second hold/slow eccentric

Called it a day at that point, rather than barf from doing pushups.
