– Delt Triad – 15# x15
Pallof Press Isometric – 3x15sec kneeling, 1x15sec split stance – 25#
– Kettlebell Lawnmowers – 54# – 2×10
– Rear Flyes – 15# – 1×25
– Double Goblet / KB Squat – 2×36# KB – 2×10
– Assorted lumbar stretching

My lower back’s been bugging me — vague, unspecified soreness, not really attributable to anything in particular (Too much chair time over the weekend? New medication? Deadlift fatigue? Some/None/All of the above? No idea).
