[WotD] Thursday, April 30 (Part I)

Taking a page from what T-Nat suggested today, I think I’ve found my supplemental (read: Lunchtime) routine for the next month or so.


– Pull-Ups – 36# Kettlebell – 11
– Pushups (feet on 18″ bench) – 60
– Single-Leg Deadlifts – 2×36# KB – 13 (each leg)
– Pull-Ups (2×36# KB) – 4

Also showed a coworker those unpleasant isometric lateral holds I was doing Tuesday. She did not have kind words for me, or Mr. Pallof.
