Lunchtime:
– Pull-Ups – 72# – 1×5
– Bench Pushups – 18″ – 35
– Single-Leg Deadlifts – 2×50# DB – 1×8 (each leg) – These were much, much harder than doing the 36# KBs the day before
After Hours:
– Pull-Ups – 36# – 2×10
– Treadmill – 45 minutes – “Interval” (2 min low/moderate incline) – 3.8mph
– Stairs – 2×75 steps (work related)
– Pull-Ups – 72# – 1×4, last rep was a 15sec hold/negative, which sucked a lot
