– Machine Front Flyes – 2×10 – 100#
– Cable Bent-Over Rows – 2×75# – 1×8
– Cable Scapula Squeeze – 75# – 2×15
– Voyer Shrugs – 2×75# – 2×8
– Pull-Ups – 1×6
– Front Cable Squats – 2×75# – 1×10
– Kettlebell Clean & 5x Press – 54# KB – 2×1 (each arm)
