After Hours:

  • Leg Press – 300# – 1×10
  • Calf Raise – 300# – 1×50
  • Machine Bench Press – 200# – 1×15
  • Pull-Ups – Bodyweight – 2×15, 2×10
  • 1 Hand Snatch – 65# DB – 5×5 (each arm) – 5-30 sec hold at top
  • Bicep 7’s – 68# – 2x
  • Machine Reverse Flyes – 120# – 2×10
  • Cable Bent-Over Row – 75# – 2×10
  • Front Squats – 82# (10# bar + 2×36# KB) – 1×10
  • Delt Triad – 15# @ 15 reps
