So, in the wake of lunchtime’s relative paucity of punch, I had no illusions about setting the world afire this evening.

Long story short, I didn’t.

After Hours:

– Lat Pulldowns – 60# – 3×25
– Machine Squats (Full ROM, thighs past 90 degrees) – 120#/160# – 1×12
– Bent-Over Rows – 80#/80#/70# – 3×12
– Seated Narrow Cable Row – 80# – 3×10
– Elliptical – 30 min – “Cross Training” program
– 100 Pushup Challenge – Week 6, Day 1, Column 3 – 45/55/35/30/55+ (60) – 225 total
