[WotD] Tuesday, May 19 (Part I)


Lunchtime:

– Lat Pulldowns – 60# – 2×12 (including some sticking-point squeezes and slow negatives; current working theory is that I’ve got adhesions causing the discomfort in my pulldown/pull-up motion)
– 1H Dumbbell Snatch – 65# – 1×5 (each arm)
– Deadlift – 235# – 4×10
