After Hours:

– Bicep 7’s – 68# – 5 sets
– 1 Hand Snatch – 65# – 3×5 (each arm)
– Machine Squats (max depth) – 200# – 1×5 / 220# – 1×10
– Bent-Over Rows – 2×36# Kettlebell – 2×20
– Pull-Up – 54# Kettlebell – 1×6 / Bodyweight – 5×8
– Back Extension (cable) – 75# – 1×15
– Back Extension (Precor machine) – 200# – 1×15
– Knees to Elbows – 2×10
– Kettlebell Arnold Press – 2×36# KB – 1×10

Felt good to do all this, even though my hamstrings are still a little tight from the Good Mornings on Tuesday, and my chest, abs, and triceps were still in “dude, fuck you” mode from all the pushups at lunchtime.

For anyone who hasn’t been checking it out, I’ve also been putting up about an article a day at ShrinkGeek, the geek fitness blog at which I’m sort of a co-founder. A couple of the other contributors have started coming online there as well.
