So, over the holiday, I didn’t get to the gym explicitly, which isn’t to say I didn’t get some work in — hauled a fair amount of crap between my garage and shed, and helped a buddy move an epic amount of LPs (and some furniture) to his new apartment.

Lunchtime:

– Pullups – 3×10
– Pushups – 2×50
– Compound Row – 60# – 2×15
– Assorted stretching

After Hours:

-Pullups – 4×10, 1×7 (54# KB)
Compound Row – 65# – 3×15
– Dumbbell Bench Press – 2×15, 1×12
– 1 Hand DB Snatch – 65# – 1×1
– Dumbbell Shrug – 2×65# – 1×15
– Machine Squat (max depth) – 240# – 1×6
– Calf Raises – 240# – 1×30
– Levitating Situps* – 1×10

* Bench at maximum incline, hook feet under the padded bar, straighten legs to get entire body off the bench, then curl the torso.
