Some eye candy for the ladies in my column at the geek fitness site today.

Did a bit of EDT, and EDT-like stuff today — the former was my usual pullup/dip combo, the latter was alternating between the 100 Pushup and 200 Situp challenge sets
After Hours:

EDT Session: 15 minutes, max reps
– Parallel-Grip Pullups & Wide-Grip Dips: 96 (PR) – This completely blew away my previous PR of 80 from a couple months ago.
– Treadmill – 15 minutes @ 3.7 mph, .5 degree incline
– Pushups – 46, 28, 46, 46, 45
– Situps – 21, 33, 24, 24, 110
