Weight: “Intermediate” (8-9 RM)

– Deadlift – 225#* – 5/7/3/6/9/5/5
– Decline DB Bench Press – 2×65# – 12/8/10/10
– Wide-grip Pullups – 10/10/10/10
– Hand Walkout from feet – 10/10/10/10

* Definitely going to take some getting used to deadlifting with the Olympic bar, both in terms of space, balance, and grip – my hands were, as usual, the weak point (as was my attempt to do them first thing in the morning; I’m definitely not at my best at 0645)
