[WotD] Friday, June 26 (Part I)

Lunchtime was the first half of today’s VD3 regimen.
Reps: 40
Rest: 30 (I did 40, because I left the sheet upstairs and mis-remembered)
Weight: “Intermediate” (8-9 rep max)

– Decline Dumbbell Bench Press – 2×65# – 12/8/6/5/6/5 (42 total)
– Pull-Ups (Parallel Grip) – 54# Kettlebell – 9/4 (realization it’s too heavy) – 45# DB – 8/5/5/5/4

This evening will be the hand walkouts, and, in the “wow, I’m looking forward to this” department, deadlifts.

Some pretty cool stuff happening over at the geek fitness blog, too. It’s becoming a little bit more than just the Rafe & Mike Show.
