Weight: “Intermediate” (8-9 RM)

– Romanian Deadlift – 245# – 10/5/5/10/10
– Dips – Bodyweight – 5×10 (didn’t feel like fucking around with the weight belt today)
– Pull-Ups (underhand grip) – 36# kettlebell – 10/8/5/5/5/4
– Knees to Elbows – 2×20 (15 fast, 5 slow each set)
