After Hours:

– Back Squat – 45# @ 2×5 / 115 @ 1×5 / 135 @ 1×5 / 155 @ 1×5 / 175 @ 1×5 / 185 @ 5×5 (PR)
– Overhead Press – 45# @ 2×5 / 65# @ 1×5 / 85 1×5 / 95 3×5

Total Volume: 10,665

* Someone ask my why the hell I wanted to do quad hypertrophy work at lunchtime? Ghaaaa.
