[WotD] Sunday, August 2


Lunchtime:

Squats: 95 @ 3×5 / 125 @ 1×5 / 145 @ 1×5 / 165 @ 1×5 / 195 @ 5×5 (PR)
Bench Press: 45 @ 2×5 / 95 @ 1×5 / 125 @ 1×5 / 155 @ 4×5 + 2
Deadlift: 135 @ 1×5 / 185 @ 1×5 / 225 @ 1×5 / 295 @ 3×5 + 3

Not fantastic, other than the squats. Obviously, a bigger breakfast (two cups of coffee and about a pint of milk) would have kept me from hitting the wall during the bench sets; weirdly, it’s my dominant (right) hand that gives out, grip-wise, during my deads.

Today was also my test run with the new video camera, so there will be footage later, once I hack it down (nobody really wants to see 45 minutes of this crap, least of all me). It’s also monthly measurement day (yes, fun with spreadsheets. Woo).
