Press: 45 @ 2×5 / 75 @ 1×5 / 95 @ 5×5 (PR)

Barbell Curls: 45 @ 3×5 / 75 @ 1×5 / 85 @ 3×5

Total Volume: 13,145

So, the squat was slightly hampered by tightness in my left hip flexor / adductor, which is very slowly responding to some naproxen, stretching, and a beer.
